- A) The hotel owner will be entitled to delegate the approval of the hotel reservation request to the application of an advance number (guarantee or trigger deposit).

If the hotel owner has demanded an advance payment, it will not be definite to assume the hotel deal until the enforcement of the balance is not rendered or the evidence of the payment is shown.
(B) The hotel owner shall acknowledge receipt of the hotel booking advance payment no less than 24 hours after receipt.

(A) Even where it has been decided that the traveler will pay the invoice personally, the travel agent who has negotiated the hotel deal shall be the one who will pay the invoice.
(B) The payment of the invoice shall be made on the conditions negotiated or, in the case of a formal stipulation, within a span of 30 days following receipt of the invoice. The due amounts will be raised after the 30 days with an incentive set at the rates for each month of default.
The debit opening number will be raised with the recovery expenditures of 5 per cent.
- C) For long-term stays, the hotel will be able to request the travel agent to reimburse the portions of the facilities already rendered during the stay.
(D) The hotel owner offers to guarantee the fee of the agency in the case of hotel reservations received by the travel agent for services whose bill will be made directly by the customer.
For this purpose the hotel owner can refuse to accept the payment through a credit card.
Glossary of terminology used in the booking of hotels-Travel Agent: each individual or eligible organization in compliance with the legal provisions of the same country or national organizations or the Foreign Federation concerned and which has as a particular activity the reservation of rooms and other facilities in hotels for the purpose of settling travelers.
